SMSF Investor Pty Ltd together with Gerard Wilkes & Associates (Chartered Accountants) offers SMSF Investor clients a comprehensive self managed superannuation fund (SMSF) administration and compliance service. The services we offer to our SMSF Investor clients include:

SMSF establishment – this involves preparation of a trust deed, ATO application forms, completion of a cash management account application form, investment strategy, insurances (if needed) and provision of binding death nomination forms. SMSF Investor’s fee for setting up your very own SMSF is $990 (inclusive of GST). Establishment of a Corporate Trustee will incur an additional fee of $1,045 (includes GST).
Full Administration – this service involves year end financial statement preparation, minutes of meetings, completion and lodgment of the fund’s Annual Return (income tax and regulatory return), collection and payment of the ATO supervisory levy, creation and administration of pension income streams, a mail collection service, keeping all records, on-line access to investments and annual compliance audit. The full administration fee charged annually by SMSF Investor is a minimum of $3,300 (includes GST) or 1.1% of the balance of the fund at year end (GST inclusive) up to a maximum of $7,700 (includes GST).

The Full Administration Service does not include:

Personal Investment Advice;
Strategic Financial Planning Advice;
Actuarial fees; or
Stockbroking fees.

If you wish to proceed with our SMSF set-up and administration service, you need to fill in and complete our SMSF Application Form and return it to SMSF Investor with your authorisation to commence work on your behalf. Completed forms can be sent to:
