As a self funded retiree with my own SMSF, I have always been interested in making my own investment decisions rather than having to rely solely on my financial adviser for investment advice. As I am a long term investor not a trader, I don’t need to know about highly complex trading techniques. I just use information from the course and a reliable trading software program and I can run my investment portfolio myself from the comfort of my own home. I spend about 30 minutes each day keeping an eye on my investments and rebalancing my portfolio if market conditions change or my circumstances change. I rely on me to do whatever is necessary rather than wait for my financial adviser to be proactive and call me.
All you need to know about investing intelligently inside your SMSF without having to take enormous risks or incur large costs is contained in the course. It’s a must have for every SMSF investor, even if you still get some advice from the so called professionals. At least you will be in a position to decide whether or not to take that advice.

As a school teacher, just about to enter semi-retirement, I have always thought that with the right materials and guidance, I could get the hang of investing in superannuation products myself.
