Our Licence Agreement With You

When you become a paid member of SMSF Investor and access the paid members section of our website, you will need to familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of our Licence Agreement (this is attached to your Order Receipt) and to read through the SMSF Investor Disclaimer section of our website.

By accessing the paid members section of our webite you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of our Licence Agreement. You also acknowledge and accept the disclaimers as set out in the Disclaimer section of the SMSF Investor website.

Licence Agreement

SMSF Investor will grant you (the ‘licensee’) non-exclusive rights to use the materials in our SMSF Investor course, subject to the conditions set out in our licensing agreement.

The licence will be personal to you (the ‘licensee’) and you are not entitled to assign the benefit of, or any of its rights under it in anyway whatsoever, the use of the whole or any part of the information in the SMSF Investor course to another person or entity, without the written permission of SMSF Investor.

Termination of the licence is at the sole discretion of SMSF Investor and can be terminated at any time after acceptance for breach of the Licence Agreement, or for any reason SMSF Investor sees fit.

You (the ‘licensee’) may also terminate the licence at any time after acceptance by notifying SMSF Investor in writing. You (the ‘licensee’) agree that termination will not necessarily result in any return of payment made to become a licensee of SMSF Investor. Any return of payment will be solely at the discretion of SMSF Investor.
